Patricia has been licensed since 1985.  She previously worked for Peak Realty Associates, Re/Max and Century 21.  The concept of cost sharing enables her to put more funds into selling homes.  Patricia particularly enjoys first time home buyers as the excitement in purchasing their first home is rejuvenating! Patricia sells in the city and rural areas, from residential to waterfront and commercial units.
