Ken Barrick, Broker

Ken was raised in Peterborough where he attended both elementary and secondary school.  He attended Senaca College in North York, graduating from the Real Property Administration Program.  Ken has extensive real estate finance experience.  He worked with London Life Insurance Company for 11 years in their Mortgage Department.  He specialized in Commercial Mortgage financing, first in Toronto and then at head office in London, Ontario.  In this position he was the company's Senior Analyst and a Manager in the Commercial Mortgage Department.  He negotiated millions of dollars in commercial mortgages across Canada.  Ken is an award winning Prudential Sales Representative, as a member of Prudential's prestigious "Presidents Circle".  Ken is in the top 3% of over 53,000 Prudential Sales Professionals in North America.  Ken is eCertified.
